PIONEER FARMHOUSE ESTATE SALE ![]()
Saturday, June 20 • 9am–3pm
📍 #14 - 2663 Kilpatrick Ave, Courtenay
North Island Estate Liquidation has spent the last few weeks emptying several homes, including a pioneer farmhouse in Comox that had been in the same family for OVER 100 YEARS.
Friends… the farmhouse furniture is absolutely unmatched in its beauty. ![]()
We're talking authentic Canadiana pieces that somehow survived world wars, bad wallpaper decisions, and generations of people saying, "We should never get rid of that."
The warehouse is packed. Another trailer load is getting dumped into the parking lot Saturday morning. This sale is enormous. Borderline irresponsible.
🏡 Incredible antique farmhouse furniture
🪑 Quality MCM pieces
🍎 A ridiculously cool cast iron apple cider press
🔔 Antique bells, boxes and books
🪨 Early stoneware crocks and endless Medalta
🌊 Glass, wood and cork floats
🗽 Copper cauldrons, brass kettles and bronze statues
🍁 A maple farmhouse table and chairs so beautiful it may cause marital disputes
🔊 Records and vintage hi-fi gear
🖼️ Original oil and watercolour paintings
🥫 Tins, cans and crates for people who inexplicably love old containers (we see you)
Jars, bottles, signs, Afghan rugs, wool blankets, chest freezers, patio set, yard art, tools, and approximately 7,000 other things we forgot to mention.
This is a ONE-DAY SALE.
Doors open at 9am sharp. Early birds will be circling the parking lot like seagulls fighting over fries.
Cash and cards accepted.
If you've never been to one of our sales, you're missing one of Vancouver Island's finest traditions: complete strangers politely wrestling over amazing oddities and leaving with treasures they didn't know they needed.

Come for the Medalta. Stay because you made a fun friend and started collecting half dozen things you never knew existed.
🚨 COLLECTORS ESTATE SALE 🚨
This Saturday, June 6th
9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
📍 North Island Estate Liquidation
#14 – 2663 Kilpatrick Ave, Courtenay
(Just follow the signs. If you end up somewhere sensible, you've gone too far.)
The last month has been an absolute avalanche of collectors' estates, and the warehouse is now operating under conditions best described as "archaeologically dense."
We've unearthed enough antiques, collectibles, curiosities, and questionable purchases from decades past to keep treasure hunters busy for hours.
Among the chaos you'll find:
• Quality MCM teak furniture
• Antique furniture
• Advertising signs
• Early glass jars & bottles
• Fresh-to-market record collection
• Leather & fur coats
• Freezers
• Patio furniture
• Art glass
• Carvings
• Paintings & prints
• Antique lamps
• A suspiciously large pile of teak lumber
• More Medalta than we expected
• Axes
• Jewellery
• Quality vintage hi-fi gear
• And enough strange, wonderful oddities to make you ask, "Who owned this and why?"
Study the photos. Make a plan. Bring a friend to stop you from buying another lamp.
As always:
❌ No prices online
❌ No presales
✅ You actually have to come to the sale
Doors open at 9:00 AM sharp, and the best pieces disappear faster than common sense at an auction.
See you Saturday.
