North Island Estate Liquidation Inc. was born out of our experiences at Elder Moving where we assist seniors with life transitions, relocation and downsizing. Over the last seven years at Elder Moving we discovered there was a need for a trustworthy and compassionate estate liquidation service on Vancouver Island. So we founded North Island Estate Liquidation Inc. with the goal of becoming Vancouver Island’s Trusted Estate Liquidator. By prioritizing honesty, integrity and compassion we’ve met that challenge and our reputation now speaks for itself.
Trust, honesty, integrity, and compassion are not just words, they are the core principles that guide every member of our team. Our commitment to these values is reflected in our Code of Ethics, which you can read here. We prioritize community support, sustainable practices, and living wages. Additionally, we are fully licensed, bondable, and insured, and all team members have undergone a vulnerable sector criminal record check.
We have a core team of six staff with decades of estate experience in relevant industries, making North Island Estate Liquidation the most experienced estate liquidator on Vancouver Island. We have a CPPAG accredited appraiser on the team, with other members having expertise in auctioneering, negotiation, antiques & collecting, home construction, restoration, interior design, cleaning, landscaping, as well as senior relocation & support services. Together, we are stronger than the sum of our individual expertise.
The undeniable proof of our exceptional service lies in the collections of 5-star Google reviews given to both North Island Estate Liquidation and Elder Moving, showcasing a level of excellence that is unmatched on Vancouver Island.
