We have professional house cleaners on staff who will provide a "move out" deep cleaning of the house. This includes washing walls, windows, cupboards, inside and behind the fridge/stove. baseboards, light fixtures etc. Plus all the regular house cleaning tasks. We can also clean the house exterior as needed, washing doors, windows, siding and pressure washing decks and walkways. A clean house sells!
We have a landscaper on the team and can tidy up the property in preparation for real estate listing. This can include mowing, trimming and edging, pruning tree's and bushes, brush removal, weeding and mulching. In the past we have re-graveled pathways, demolished sheds, and removed tones of scrap metal. We often work with the realtor to determine the amount of landscaping that provides the best value to each client.
If a home is sitting unoccupied for a period of time it is often necessary to check in on it, either for peace of mind or to satisfy the requirements of the home insurance policy. We will make regular visits to the property and check to see that things are in order. Making note of any signs of water damage, rodents, forced entry, or other damage. We can also water the plants and gardens as needed. For added security, we can install a video surveillance system which is remotely accessible to the client.
